Our group classes are all about Functional Bodybuilding and are perfect for everyone, whether you're a beginner or have been lifting for years. We keep our classes small, maxing out at 12 people, so it feels like you're getting personalized coaching in a group setting.
In each 50-minute class, we target two key areas: boosting your strength and enhancing your conditioning. The result? You'll burn calories, build endurance, move better, and leave feeling energized and accomplished. A certified coach will lead you through a warm-up and then guide you through the day's exercises, making sure you're doing everything effectively and safely.
Our approach is easy to understand and follows the idea of Progressive Overload, so you'll keep getting better over time. A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
